China is still an important market for Vietnamese cashew nuts. According to China Customs, in the first 7 months of 2022, the country’s cashew imports reached $165.34 million.

Peeled cashews cost about 400,000 VND – 500,000 VND/kg. It is a kind of grain with high economic value.($1=25,000 VND)

Generally, in the first 9 months of 2022, cashew nut exports are estimated at 382 thousand tons, worth 2.29 billion USD.

Cashew trees are grown a lot in the southern provinces of Vietnam, in which Binh Phuoc province is considered the “capital” of cashew trees.

In addition to the delicious taste, cashew nuts also have high nutritional value along with great uses for human health.

Cashews contain a lot of vitamins and minerals, antioxidants such as vitamins E, K, B6 and minerals copper, phosphorus, zinc, magnesium, iron and selenium.
