Hon Yen scenic complex is located in An Hoa commune, Tuy An district, 15 km north of Tuy Hoa city (Phu Yen). In April 2018, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism recognized this place as a national scenic spot.
This landscape includes Hon Yen, Hon Dun, Ban Than, Ganh Yen, Hon Choi, Vung Choi forming a natural masterpiece by the sea. The most obvious highlight is Hon Yen located just a few hundred meters from the shore. According to local people, in the past here, swiftlets often flew back to live, the name comes from this.
Hon Yen and Hon Dun are located next to each other, creating a romantic and lyrical sea space that attracts tourists.
The cactus flowers bloom brightly, adding to the beauty of the Hon Yen landscape complex. Leaders of Phu Yen Department of Tourism said that this is a landscape converging many natural values from geology to flora and fauna, biodiversity; has cultural and historical value; great potential for coastal tourism development.

Geologists said that Hon Yen was formed by a process of geological tectonic activity similar to that of Da Dia Reef (Phu Yen).

During the whole trip, I was especially impressed with the scenic complex of Hon Yen – a cluster of islands close to the shore, lyrical. Arriving at Hon Yen in the early days of the month or at the end of the summer month, when the tide recedes, visitors can walk on the open rocky beach that opens up a 20-meter-long cross-sea road connecting Hon Yen and Hon Dun.

According to the Vietnam – Russia Tropical Center, the Hon Yen coral reef ecosystem is distributed over an area of about 13 hectares with 17 species of hard corals.
In addition, the seagrass – seaweed ecosystem in this area is distributed over an area of about 6.5 hectares and has about 40 species of large invertebrates.
The Yen island landscape complex is home to many kinds of fresh seafood such as anchovies, squid, crabs, and yellow-breasted snails,… Along the shore, local fishermen use cages to raise all kinds of lobsters. create more unique and lively beauty.
